My name is Carolyn Rodish and I have been creating desserts for friends & family since 1979. In 1999 I began Classic Cakes and Desserts.

As the owner and operator of Classic Cakes and Desserts, I have many years of experience in this industry. My first priority is customer satisfaction.

I love my work, especially when working with couples to achieve the wedding cake that they envision.

We offer quality desserts for any special occasion. Though our specialty is wedding cakes, we can create brownies, bars, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, pies, cake truffles, chocolate-dipped strawberries, Christmas trays, flavored breads/ mini breads, and more!
